ITINERARY

Transfer to your hotel. Dinner and night.

After breakfast, departure to the medieval town of Rouen. In the heart of Normandy, the land of Impressionism, and crossed by the Seine, Rouen is overflowing with rich heritage. After a city tour and a visit to the Cathedral of Notre Dame, you will continue to Honfleur, where you can admire the picturesque port and have lunch. Arrive later at your hotel in Deauville, the elegant resort known for its characteristic architecture and international events such as famous race courses and a film festival.

Travel to the historic D-Day Landing beach and the American cemetery at Omaha Beach. After lunch, continue your journey to visit Mont St. Michel and its abbey.
After breakfast, departure to St. Malo, a historic French port in Brittany on the Channel coast. Discover the walled city which has had a long history of piracy and overseas adventures. Continue to Rennes, the capital of the Brittany region. After the city tour, you will continue your journey through the scenic countryside to Tours and the unique Loire Valley.
Explore the beauty and scenery of the Loire Valley with a sightseeing drive. Visit the Château d’Amboise and Chenonceau. Dinner with a typical Old World ambience.
Take the high-speed train and reach the wine capital of Bordeaux, its impressive Garonne riverfront and amazing architecture. After the sightseeing tour, you can visit a typical Chateau in the Bordeaux area and taste the famous wine of the region.
Early departure to fortified city of Carcassonne. Explore this exquisite ancient town, view the Cité, and admire the double ring walls, ramparts and 52 towers.
Visit Arles, its Roman ruins and Avignon with the famous Palais des Papes.
Departure to Aix en Provence, Cézanne’s hometown, and after a tour of this elegant city, continue to Nice to enjoy its old town, “Promenade des Anglais” and colorful “provençal” markets.
Today you will visit the hilltop town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, a popular hide-out for artists, and walk through its picturesque streets discovering elegant fountains, vine-covered ramparts and nice galleries. Continue with the sightseeing of the Principality of Monaco, before getting back to Nice for the night.
After visiting beautiful Cannes, famous for its “Croisette” and International Film Festival, your journey continues to Marseille, for an orientation tour and some time to walk through Vieux Port. High speed train will bring you to Lyon, the gourmet capital of France, where you can enjoy the typical dinner in a “bouchon Lyonnais”.
After a sightseeing tour in Lyon, you will continue to Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy’s famous vineyards, to discover one of France’s most prestigious historic monuments, The Hospice de Beaune. Then you will travel back to Paris.
This morning, your sightseeing tour features views of the most important monuments such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, Louvre etc. The rest of the day is free for the visits of your own arrangement or shopping. In the evening, you can join an optional tour of the Montmartre Village or take a cruise on the Seine river.
Transfer to the airport to take your flight back home.
